Beside the beauty of landscape and the pleasure of camping under the desert clear sky, also we find one of the oldest habitation traces left by our ancestors perfectly preserved by the dry weather! So we descend the gorge named Aqaba Pass towards the Caves of Swimmers and Mestqawe-Foggini cave; the richest rock art site in Egypt and one of the most beautiful in the Sahara desert. Here we will watch remarkaple drawings and engravings considered to be one of the earliest forms of art ever made!

Then to Wadi Abd al Malik the suspected place of the lost oasis of Zerzura, an area of mystery, myth and legends that attracted the early explorers from all over the world.

Nature also has its share of mystery as we will see in the Silica Glass field which is only found in this part of the Sahara .On the way back we must cross the dunes of the sand sea in a driving adventure that separates us from those travelling on the paved road.
